Terms of Service

By accessing or using our Service to book a vehicle, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's licence, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your booking details and, where applicable, payment authorization. • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation due to vehicle unavailability, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. • You will receive a reservation reference code — keep this for pick-up and any correspondence. • No account creation is required; your reference code and contact details are sufficient to manage your booking.

• Driver must be 21+ years old (25+ for premium vehicles) and hold a valid licence for at least 1 year. • International Driving Permit required for non-EU/non-Tunisian licences. • Vehicles are for personal use only in Tunisia. Cross-border travel requires prior written approval. • No smoking, pets, off-road use, or unauthorized drivers. • You are responsible for traffic violations, fines, and tolls during the rental period.

• Basic third-party liability insurance is included as required by Tunisian law. • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection are included with a deductible (excess) per vehicle class. • Full coverage (Super CDW) reducing deductible to zero is available for an additional daily fee. • You are liable for damage not covered by insurance (interior damage, lost keys, wrong fuel, negligence). • We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. • If returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge applies (market rate + service fee). • No refunds for returning with more fuel than at pick-up.

• Changes to dates, vehicle, or locations subject to availability and may affect the rate. • Cancellations more than 48 hours before pick-up: full refund. • Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. • Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. • We may cancel due to force majeure (vehicle breakdown, natural disaster) with full refund.

• Present your driver's licence, passport/ID, and reservation code at pick-up. • Vehicle condition is documented jointly; pre-existing damage is noted. • Late returns beyond 2 hours incur an additional day's charge. • After-hours return available by prior arrangement only.

• Payment is charged in Tunisian Dinars (TND). • Accepted methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash on site. • A security hold/deposit may be placed on your card at pick-up (amount varies by vehicle class). • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

You may not use the Service for: • Illegal activities or transporting illegal substances • Racing, testing, or competitive driving • Towing or pushing other vehicles • Carrying more passengers than seat belts • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Subletting or using for ride-hailing/delivery services without consent

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your rental is limited to the rental amount paid. • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, missed flights, etc.). • This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control: natural disasters, strikes, government actions, terrorism, pandemics, or vehicle recalls.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tunisia. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
